To finish off Christmas week, the kids had their final Christmas celebration with their grandparents on Derek's side. By this time, the kids were pros at opening presents, sharing gifs, and being as cute as can be. I was so proud of Milo because he didn't just rip into gifts, he waited his turn and he helped pass gifts out. (He's such a sweet boy!) I just loved the tags Auntie H used on her gifts. How cute is this?
Derek was pretty excited for his new Star Wars golf club head covers! They are pretty awesome, I admit.
Sawyer is my little girlie, girl. She received a fair amount of clothes and really loved them. She'd put them all around her neck and wear everything around. She even stole Milo's new jammies and put them on. Here she is with a new pair of jeggings she received from Grammie!
Milo is my little handy man. Remember how he loves Handy Manny? Well, Auntie H got him his very own tool belt with tools. I love the protective goggles. You can see he does too!
Grandpa saved the biggest gift for last. A new car! I'm not kidding, he got them a car. Okay, it's a power wheel, but I wanted one more then anything growing up, and now my kids have a Jeep of their very own! Milo is a bit hesitant with driving it (whew), but loves it. Sawyer loves climbing in it and being taken for rides. I love how this image captures him so proud in his jeep. It even looks like he's adjusting his mirrors before driving. Such a responsible driver!
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Great Grandma and Sawyer were having a moment together. Sawyer wasn't sure about being held, but she loved looking at Great Grandma! How sweet is this moment?
Everyone was so generous this year. Derek and I feel so blessed to be surrounded by so much amazing friends and family. The kids may be too young to remember how much fun they had this year, but I'm proud that I have forever preserved these memories of our time together this holiday season.
