Last fall I had the pleasure of taking this family’s maternity photos by the water at one of my favorite Seattle locations. We lucked out too. Weather caused us to reschedule, and we could not have picked a better evening for photos by the water. The sunset was gorgeous!
This mama had a beautiful maternity dress by Sew Trendy Fashion and Accessories. The color was gorgeous, and it framed mama’s bump beautifully. They also brought along big sister-to-be who I knew was going to be a great big sister.
This was a couple that is in love with each other. You could just feel it emitting from them. He constantly was making her throw her head back in laughter. I knew this was how they always are and I was thankful I had a camera to capture them at this special time. Their baby boy is now several months old. I am sure as they look at their images they are brought right back to that time of excitement and anticipation before his arrival. That is what I love about photography. How it takes you back to a moment in time. Don’t you?
